Sketch of the day Play by Play

ahh it's past midnight and I didn't get my daily piece done. well, I'll show the steps I got compete so far today.

Dr. Sketchy's - Russian Dolls

Got in for the last half of this months Dr. Sketchys to try out some new media using a coloured paper sketchbook and some charcoal pencils. The charcoal images didn't turn out quite as detailed or impressive as my pencil images but it's just a matter of time until I get used to the new tools.

Sketche(s) of the Day

My personal goal this week is to take these Thumbnails and make them into something more final each day of the week.

Irregulars Game Design

I got to put a little more time in on my game design today and finished up a rough sprite design of a Lionguard to place on my Orr setting. Next I'm going to sketch up a little Orr resident to take him on and add a little tension to the scene :)

Post-it Pictures

I took refuge in a local pub after picking up my prints for the Comic Book Shoppe Fine Art Gala and was dismayed when I found I had left my sketchbook at home, Luckily upon rummaging round in my briefcase I happened upon my old favourite  impromptu sketch pads. Post-its. So while the inclement weather had it's way with to downtown core I had some fun doing some pen sketches of patrons at the pub.
