Filled out the interior and gave a bit more structure to the lower chin. debating weather to work on the atmosphere around the creature or go in for some detailed lighting where things are a little muddy in the nose and mouth area.

Wakfu Fan-Art In progress

I've been working on some artwork based on Ankama's upcoming MMO 'Wakfu' to be included in the welcome letter for the guild my spouse and I created during Beta testing. Above is a Pandawa in mid spit take. I really enjoy the rendering techniques that the Ankama artists utilise and have been trying to learn how to emulate and assimilate it into my own bag of tricks. I'm not there yet but I'm learning a great deal.

My other half came to me with a request yesterday evening to come up with a drawing of Little Red Riding hood   to give as an example to one of the classes in the school she teaches at. She told me no rules, so naturally I had six different ideas in my head of how to go about illustrating/painting miss Red.

Turned out to be a pretty interesting assignment to do. I only had about 5 hours so I came up with these as well as one other I was not pleased with.
